As part of our Customer Service commitment, Coffee Express Limited stands behind our products and we want you to be as happy with them, as the vast majority of our customers have been for over the past 20 years.

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Order confirmation. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide exchanges of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.


Weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped within 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Thursday at 1:00pm to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Sunday through Sunday.

No P.O. Box Address. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or International addresses at this time.

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns or give Refunds. Incorrect orders/change of mind made by the recipient will not be replaced or refunded. In the event of spoilt or tainted products, you must contact us within 48hrs. from receiving your order. Products are returnable for full exchange only when they are in the original package free of markings or damage. We reserve the right to limit replacements.

Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 7 days from receipt of order. We are committed to delivering and supplying products of the highest quality.


Ordering Policy Orders can be placed over the phone from 8 am to 3 pm Monday – Friday (Except major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.

Cancellation policy or change of order. Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm on the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Expiry All products shipped from Coffee Express Limited are shipped directly from our warehouse with no less than 3mths expiry dates
